Luisa Marin Nieto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los plastificantes de la familia de los ftafatos se emplean ampliamente en la fabricaci\u00f3n de productos de pvc blando como es el caso de los juguetes, aunque tambi\u00e9n se encuentran en otros art\u00edculos como pinturas, adhesivos y cosm\u00e9ticos.  el objetivo fundamental del trabajo se ha centrado en dos aspectos. Por un lado se ha propuesto un m\u00e9todo de extracci\u00f3n que nos permiten cuantificar de forma r\u00e1pida y reproducible el contenido total de ftalates presentes en las muestras de pl\u00e1stico. Esto se ha realizado gracias a la extracci\u00f3n mediante fluidos anperc\u00faticos (sfe). Las conclusiones fueron que el m\u00e9todo propuesto es posible aplicarlo a una gran variedad de muestras de forma fiable.  el otro aspecto que se ha considerado es el de la migraci\u00f3n de ftalatos desde los productos que los contienen. Los ftlatos pueden migrar pudiendo entonces ser tragados por los ni\u00f1os. Es este sentido, se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo que permite medir de forma reproducible la cantidad de ftafato presente en una disoluci\u00f3n de migraci\u00f3n. Una vez optimizado dicho procedimiento, realizado mediante extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida, se ha aplicado a diferentes muestras en distintos sistemas de agitaci\u00f3n (magn\u00e9tica, ultras\u00f3nica y horizontal ).
