Se analizan sensores en capa gruesa y en capa delgada. En el primer caso, el polvo de sn02 necesario para fabricar los sensores ha sido elaborado mediante la t\u00e9cnica de sol-gel. Tras la obtenci\u00f3n de un precursor (sn02 hidratado), se han realizado estudios de calcinaci\u00f3n, introducci\u00f3n de aditivos met\u00e1licos (pt, pd) y, por primera vez, un molido del material. Gracias a la disponibilidad de nanopart\u00edculas con tama\u00f1o de grano entre 3 y 100 nm, se ha podido analizar por primera vez el espectro raman completo de nanoparticulas de sn02, a partir el cual se presentan tres metodos diferentes para determinar de forma no destructiva el tama\u00f1o de grano medio y la distribuci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula en un sensor. Del estudio del molido del material de deduce que a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9ste se puede controlar la microestructura de las nanopart\u00edculas, asi como el estado de su superficie, permitiendo un control de la resistencia de base de los sensores y una mejora de su selectividad.  los sensores en capa delgada se han fabricado mediante las t\u00e9cnicas ibad i rgto, en crecimiento mono y multicapa. Se presenta en el trabajo un estudio detallado del dep\u00f3sito de sn y de su oxidac\u00f3n termica, extray\u00e9ndose de la investigaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de la difusi\u00f3n del o en el sn, as\u00ed como las diferentes fases intermedias en la conversi\u00f3n de sn a sn02. Mediante el m\u00e9todo rgto multicapa se consigue reducir el tiempo de oxidaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como mejorar la sensitividad de los sensores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
