Se distinguen 13 tipos de matorral.  se establece el patron de diversidad estructural y biogeografico de las comunidades en funcion de la intervencion humana.  mediante el establecimiento de dos tipos morfologicos funcionales de plantas se plantea una hipotesis de funcionamiento de los ecosistemas en el area mediterranea.  se propone un indice morfo-funcional de perturbacion para establecer de
