Ribera del duero presentan unas caracter\u00edsticas peculiares y distitnas que los diferencias de los vinos de otras d.O. Elaborados con variedades de uva similares. Por ello, se ha llevado a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n de vinos tinttos j\u00f3venes y rosados de la d.O. Ribera del duero y se han comparado con vinos de otras d.O. Cercanas geogr\u00e1ficamente y que tienen como base principal de sus elaboraciones las variedades tinta del pa\u00eds o tinto fino, cencibel y tempranillo.  se han evaluado ciertos par\u00e1metros enol\u00f3gicos cl\u00e1sicos, par\u00e1metros crom\u00e1ticos, familias fen\u00f3licas y compuestos fen\u00f3licos individdualizados.
