gen\u00e9ticos son herramientas de b\u00fasqueda global que permiten obtener soluciones a m\u00faltiples problemas y se basan en la teor\u00eda neo-darwiniana de la evoluci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la cual los individuos m\u00e1s aptos sobreviven y se reproducen, mientras que los menos aptos parecen.  se propone la combinaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje y la herencia para solucionar problemas en entornos variables con algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos, aumentando su velocidad de b\u00fasqueda y disminuyendo el coste del uso del aprendizaje.Se plantean dos nuevas variaciones en los algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos: el \u00abefecto baldwin probal\u00edstico\u00bb y la \u00abevoluci\u00f3n lamarckiana probabil\u00edstica\u00bb, que permiten, en cierto grado, el parendizaje y la transimisi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n aprendida de padres a hijos.  se observa la importancia del aprendizaje para obrar una correcta adaptaci\u00f3n al entorno variable, la importancia de encontrar un buen punto de
