El m\u00e9todo implica la condensaci\u00f3n v\u00eda sustituci\u00f3n nucleof\u00edlica de la heptakis (2,3-di-o-acetil-6-desoxi-6-yodo)ciclomaltoheptaosa con las sales deisotiouronio peracetiladas de beta-d-glucopiranosa, beta-d-galactopiranosa, 2-acetamido-2-desoxi-beta-d-glucopiranosa, n-acetil-beta-d-glucopiranosilamina, n-acetil-beta-d-galactopiranosilamina, n-acetil-2-acetamido-2-desoxi-beta-d-glucopiranosilamina, n-acetil-alfa-d-manopiranosilamina, o con 1-desoxi-1-tio-alfa-d-manopiranosa, 1-desoxi-1-*tio-beta-lactosa y n-mercaptoacetil-beta-lactosilamina empleando carbonato de cesio en dimetilformamida.Igualmente, cada uno de los s- y n-glic\u00f3sidos mencionados se acoplaron en las mismas condiciones con la heptakis(6-cloroacetamido-6-desoxi)ciclomaltoheptaosa obtendia a partir de la heptakis(6-amino-6-desoxi)ciclomaltoheptaosa.Los compuestos obtenidos en todos los casos se trataron en las condiciones de des-o-acetilaci\u00f3n de zempl\u00e9n obteni\u00e9ndose con buenos rendimientos las beta-ciclodextrinas per-ramificadas.  las sales de isotiouronio peracetiladas derivadas de n-acetil-beta-d-glicopiranosilaminas, as\u00ed como la n-mercaptoacetil-beta-lactosilamina se sintetizaron a partir de las correspondientes glicosil azidas. La primera etapa de la s\u00edntesis implica la transformaci\u00f3n en condiciones suavez del grupo azido en grupo cloroacetamido.Para ello se estuidaron dos m\u00e9todos.El primero conlleva la reducci\u00f3n del grupo azido con tri-n-butilfosfina, y el segundo el emplo de 1,3-propanoditiol y trietilamina como agente reductor.Aplicando estos m\u00e9todos se realizan las s\u00edntesis one-pot
