A todas las pacientes se les han realizado determinaciones s\u00e9ricas de progesterona, estradiol, renina, creat\u00edn kinasa, beta hcg, un estudio preoperatorio y una ecograf\u00eda transvaginal.  el an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico se ha realizado con el programa spss, mediante regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica y an\u00e1lisis discriminante.  resultados  una medida en sangre de progesterona menor de 12 ng\/ml; una determinaci\u00f3n s\u00e9rica de estradiol menor de 245 pg\/ml; una renina menor de 2.35 nos sirven para clasificar a la paciente dentro del grupo de embarazo no evolutivo (aborto o ect\u00f3pico). Una medida en sangre de creat\u00edn kinasa mayor de 8 ui\/l sirve para diagnosticar un embarazo ect\u00f3pico.  conclusiones  las medidas en sangre de progesterona, estradiol renina y cret\u00edn kinasa son unas adecuadas pruebas diagn\u00f3sticas en el contexto de la amenaza de aborto, pero no discriminan entre aborto y ect\u00f3pico. Por el contrario de creat\u00edn kinasa s\u00ed nos sirve en el diagn\u00f3stico del embarazo ect\u00f3pico. El resultado \u00f3ptimo en cuanto a capacidad diagn\u00f3stica y coste econ\u00f3mico se consigue con una medida de progesterona y una medida de creat\u00edn kinasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
