Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se ha valorado el efecto protector del aminoacido l-arginina, dosis equimolares con ibuprofeno(0.6\/0.6 mm\/kg) en un modelo de ulcerog\u00e9nesis g\u00e1strica provocada por la administraci\u00f3n del aine y tras 6 h de tratamiento.  la valoraci\u00f3n microsc\u00f3pica confirma los resultados macrosc\u00f3picos.  las determinaciones bioqu\u00edmicas corroboran el potente efecto antilipoperoxidante de l-arginina al reducir los niveles de malonildialdeh\u00eddo. La actividad xantin oxidada por ibuprofeno result\u00f3 ser significativamente m\u00e1s elevada que los referentes al control sano. L-arginina no modifica los niveles de antioxidantes end\u00f3genos como son el glutation total ni la actividad de la enzima glutation peroxidasa y super\u00f3xido dismutasa. En mucosas sometidas al tratamiento de ibuprofeno observamos un incremento de la actividad \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico sintetasa inducible que fue revertido tras la administraci\u00f3n del amino\u00e1cido. Los niveles de gmpc aumentaron significativamente con la asociaci\u00f3n ibuprofeno\/l-arginia a partir de los 90 min y siendo m\u00e1ximos a las 6 h. la medida realizada de los niveles de prostaglandina e2 nos indica la capacidad de l-arginina en promover un incremento del eicosanoide.
