Se establece la relaci\u00f3n entre esta \u00faltima magnitud y los cambios de energia libre asociados a los fen\u00f3menos de cooperatividad, permitiendo la extensi\u00f3n de conceptos t\u00edpicos de la termodinamica quimica a los sistemas macromoleculares, tales como coeficientes de actividad, energia libre de exceso, afinidad quimica, etc. Adem\u00e1s se demuestra que para sistemas de adair, el cga es un promedio de las constantes de asociaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednsecas. Este resultado se extiende a sistemas que no siguen la ecuaci\u00f3n de adair, considerando un orden jer\u00e1rquico entre los fen\u00f3menos fisico-quimicos asociados a la cooperatividad. Para el caso concreto de sistemas de muchos sitios, se utiliza, por un lado, el formalismo de maxima entropia para la determinaci\u00f3n de espectro de afinidades, y por otro, se encuentran relaciones simples para las constantes de asociaci\u00f3n estequiometricas, basadas en el metodo de darwin-fowler. Por otra parte, se estudia la aplicabilidad de las tecnicas voltamperom\u00e9tricas npp y rpp al estudio de este tipo de sistemas, en concreto la influencia de la adsorci\u00f3n en el valor de las intensidades l\u00edmite, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de expresiones anal\u00edticas para la corriente, que permiten determinar la curva de complejaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
