Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Debido al peligro que representaba la invasi\u00f3n sarracena, los pont\u00edfices romanos prohibieron a partir del siglo xiii el comercio de material susceptible de ser utilizado para la guerra. Para permitir la continuidad del resto del comercio se otorgaron bulas papales. La tesis doctoral investiga la documentaci\u00f3n del siglo xiv hallada en el arxiu diocesa de barcelona referida a las bulas que presentaban tripulaci\u00f3n y mercaderes ante el obispo o sus vicarios para obtener permiso desde la di\u00f3cesis desde donde part\u00eda la embarcaci\u00f3n y las mercanc\u00edas.
