{"id":81040,"date":"2018-03-10T00:04:53","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/papel-de-los-receptores-a-aaee-en-el-control-neuroendocrino\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:04:53","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:53","slug":"papel-de-los-receptores-a-aaee-en-el-control-neuroendocrino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/papel-de-los-receptores-a-aaee-en-el-control-neuroendocrino\/","title":{"rendered":"Papel de los receptores a aaee en el control neuroendocrino"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Lucas Carmelo Gonz\u00e1lez Mat\u00edas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta tesis ha sido profundizar en el papel de los receptores a  amino\u00e1cidos excitatorios (aaee) concretamente los receptores nmda y ampa en el  control de la secreci\u00f3n hipof\u00edsaria de gh, prl y gonodotrof\u00ednas.  los resultados obtenidos demuestran:  1) que los receptores nmda juegan un papel fisiol\u00f3gico en el control de la  secreci\u00f3n de gh estimul\u00e1ndolas a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo hipotal\u00e1mico que, es  al menos parcialmente, independientemente de ghrh y que no es modulado por la  secreci\u00f3n testicular.  2) que los receptores ampa juegan un papel fisiol\u00f3gico en el control de la  secreci\u00f3n de gh, estimul\u00e1ndola, tanto en ratas machos como hembras a trav\u00e9s de  un mecanismo que es parcialmente independiente de ghrh y que requiere la  generaci\u00f3n de on y que es regulado al menos en las hembras, por la secreci\u00f3n  gonodal.  3) que la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores ampa inhibe la secreci\u00f3n de prl en  ratas prep\u00faberes intactas. El bloqueo del efecto tras la adminstraci\u00f3n del  antagonista de los receptores ampa (nbqx) demuestra que los receptores ampa  juegan un papel fisiol\u00f3gico en el control de la secreci\u00f3n de prl en ratas  prep\u00faberes intactas. El mecanismo por el que se produce este efecto no parece  ser por una acci\u00f3n directa a nivel hipof\u00edsario, sino a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo  hipotal\u00e1mico que requiere la secreci\u00f3n de dopamina.  4)que los receptores ampa no tiene efecto sobre la secreci\u00f3n de gonadotrofinas  y se evidencia un posible papel modulador de la secreci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica sobre las  acciones de
