Cristina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han investigado las concentraciones de na, k, ca, p, mg, cu, fe, zn y mn en 62 f\u00f3rmulas,81 harinas, 12 pures y 54 potitos comerciales destinados a la alimentaci\u00f3n infantil.  tras la mineralizaci\u00f3n por v\u00eda seca, las determinaciones se realizaron mediante eaa con llama, excepto para el na y k que se obtuvieron por emisi\u00f3n y el p por espectroscop\u00eda ultravioleta-visible.  se observaron diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas entre los distintos tipos de f\u00f3rmulas par todos los elementos excepto fe, y entre los siete subtipos de estos mismos productos para todos los elementos estudiados; entre la presentaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido y polvo para na, p, cu, zn y mn y entre las f\u00f3rmulas de los distintos fabricantes para todos los minerales. En l\u00edneas generales, la concentraci\u00f3n de estos elemetnos minerales en estos productos se ajustaron a las recomendaciones de varios organismos internacionales, los ratios de na:k; ca:p y fe:zn de las f\u00f3rmulas estudiadas se atienen a las recomendaciones de espgan.  se comprob\u00f3 que la composici\u00f3n mineral de las harinas infantiles se ve afectada significativamente por la naturaleza, tipo y proporci\u00f3n relativa de sus ingredientes.Igualmente se observaron diferencias significativas entre las distintas marcas de las harinas estudiadas.  entre las marcas de los pur\u00e9s infantiles comercializados que se estudiaron se aprecian diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas par na, p, ca, cu, fe, zn y mn.  tambi\u00e9n son significativas las diferencias entre los distintos tipos de potitos infantiles analizados para todos los elementos investigados, igualmente son significativas las diferencias entre las tres marcas de potitos estudiadas para todos los minerales determinados, excepto para el p.
