Se introducen los conceptos de \u00abcomponen simple y componentes especial\u00bb y se realiza un an\u00e1lisis algebraico sobre la existencia y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los componentes simples y especiales de la offset de una hipersuperficie, demostrando que para casi toda distancia y para casi toda asimetr\u00eda, la offset generalizada tiene todas sus componentes simples.  por otra parte, con el objeto de realizar un estudio efectivo sobre la unirracionalidad de las hipersuperficies offset, se introduce el concepto de \u00abhipersuperficie de reparametrizaci\u00f3n\u00bb que proporciona un algoritmo de parametrizaci\u00f3n directa de hipersuperficies offsets. Por \u00faltimo se particularizan los resultados logrado al caso de curvas y superficies, obteniendo caracterizaciones y criteros efectivos para decidir an\u00e1lisis de racionalidad de la offset generalizada. Asimismo, se presenta un an\u00e1lisis de racionalidad de offset generalizada de las c\u00f3nicas irreducibles y las cu\u00e1dricas irreducibles y se deduce una f\u00f3rmula que, bajo determinadas
