Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han aislado cepas con resistencia a aminoglicosidos y a quinolonas clasicas y fluoradas en el hospital clinico universitario de zaragoza y los hospitales princesa y la paz de Madrid. Tras la realizacion de estudios de sensibilidad y, deteccion de enzimas modificantes de aminoglicosidos (emags), se comprobo que en un 49% de los casos la resistencia a los aminoglicosidos era debida a la produccion de emags.  en las cepas gram negativas con resistencia enzimatica a aminoglicosidos, los estudios de las proteinas de membrana (omps) demostraron que la resistencia a las quinolonas no se debia a alteraciones de la permeabilidad manteniendose en todos los aislados el mismo patron de omps.  las caracteristicas de estas cepas, en cuanto a patron de proteinas de membrana (omps) y valores de concentraciones minimas inhibitorias, corresponden a un mecanismo de resistencia a las quinolonas por mutacion en el gen gyr a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Resistencia bacteriana a las nuevas quinolonas en cepas productoras de enzimas modificantes de aminoglicosidos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Resistencia bacteriana a las nuevas quinolonas en cepas productoras de enzimas modificantes de aminoglicosidos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Agudo Cucalon M.
