Para el an\u00e1lisis se utilizan varias t\u00e9cnicas con diferente sensibilidad. Los resultados de la tesis est\u00e1n estructurados en cuatro bloques.  1,- en el primer bloque se estudia la contribuci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas moleculares en el diagn\u00f3stico de c\u00e1ncer de p\u00e1ncreas mediante el estudio de material obtenido por punci\u00f3n con aguja fina. Se compara el diagn\u00f3stico molecular con el de la citolog\u00eda temprana y se estudia cual se acerca mas al diagnostico final del paciente.  2,- el segundo bloque aborda el estudi\u00f3 mutacional indirecto de pacientes con adenocarcinoma ductal pancre\u00e1tico. Para \u00e9ste an\u00e1lisis se usa el adn libre plasm\u00e1tico como fuente de material tumoral.  3,- en el tercer art\u00edculo se describe un nuevo m\u00e9todo que es espcialmente valioso cuando se aplica a metrial dif\u00edcil de analizar por las otras t\u00e9cnicas. se trata de un m\u00e9todo en el que se simplifican etapas de manera que el an\u00e1lisis de muestras como las fecales se hace m\u00e1s corto, m\u00e1s fiable,m\u00e1s sensible y con un rendimiento de amplificaci\u00f3n claramente superior.  4,- aqu\u00ed se aplican los tres m\u00e9todos de rflp\/pcr al diang\u00f3stico de c\u00e1ncer colorrectal mediante el estudio de material fecal procedente de pacientes sintom\u00e1ticos. La t\u00e9cnica con mejores resultados es la que se describi\u00f3 en el tercer trabajo de la tesis y se puede utilizar en el diagn\u00f3stico molecular de c\u00e1ncer colorrectal debido a la gran
