Se ha demostrado que el producto primario de traducci\u00f3n de pacc se procesa proteol\u00edticamente para dar lugar a una forma activa de la prote\u00edna mucho m\u00e1s estable y que la ruta de transducci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al de ph ambiental alcalino codificada por los genes pal, es necesaria para que este procesamiento pueda tener lugar; se ha caracterizado el principal punto de corte de la proteasa procesativa y se han obtenido evidencias muy consistentes que favorecen la hip\u00f3tesis de que el ph ambiental, m\u00e1s que regular la actividad de la proteasa, regula la accesibilidad de pacc a esta proteasa.  as\u00ed mismo se ha comprobado que el ph ambiental regula la localizaci\u00f3n nuclear de pacc; que, a diferencia de lo que ocurre con el producto primario de traducci\u00f3n, la localizaci\u00f3n nuclear de la forma procesada de pacc es independiente de la funcionalidad de la ruta pa1 y que la regi\u00f3n de pacc que contiene los dedos de zinc es necesaria para que prote\u00ednas pacc similares en tama\u00f1o a la forma procesada de la prote\u00edna se localicen en el n\u00facleo.  finalmente lo resultados obtenidos en esta tesis muestran que pacc no regula positivamente su propia expresi\u00f3n y que el producto primario de traducci\u00f3n de pacc no es inactivo y parece modular negativamente la funci\u00f3n pacc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
