Tambien se han estudiado las protaminas de otro oct\u00f3podo, octopus vulgaris, y hemos puesto de manifiesto las principales caracteristicas de los cambios evolutivos en el modelo de protamines en los moluscos cefalopodos.  se han acabado las secuencias de las protaminas del cenagaster\u00f3podo murex brandaris. La comparaci\u00f3n de las protaminas de m. Brandaris con la protamina de un especie ancestral nos ha permitido observar de nuevo la aparici\u00f3n de cambios repentinos en la evoluci\u00f3n de las protaminas asociados a cambios en la biolog\u00eda de la reproduccion.  por otra parte, hemos obtenido y estudiado las estructuras primarias de los peces gasterosteioformes. En este caso se muestra que los cambios evolutivos se dan sobretodo en el extremo c-terminal de la molecula. Estos resultados adquieren un gran interes cuando se analizan en el marco general de los cambios que han experimentado las protaminas a lo largo de la historia evolutiva.  por \u00faltimo, tambien se han empezado unos experimentos preliminares para estudiar el recambio de la composicion del nucleo espermetico en la especie dicentrarchus labrax, mediante incubaciones que mimetizan parcialmente el proceso de fecundacion. Los resultados no se pueden generalizar, pero a medida que se estudien los procesos de recambio se podra entender mejor el fenomeno de la gran diversidad composicional y morfologica exhibida por los
