Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introduccion  la presente tesis doctoral se ha realizado con el objetivo de estudiar el efecto de los campos magn\u00e9ticos de baja frecuencia e intensidad a nivel de la morfolog\u00eda de la pars distalis hiporfisaria.  hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo  se ha actuado experimentalmente sobre animales de experimentaci\u00f3n (rattus norvergicus). A los cuales se les ha sometido a campos magn\u00e9ticos de baja frecuencia e intensidad, de 52g, 50hz, durante 30 minutos al d\u00eda. Para ser posteriormente sacrificados los d\u00edas: 5\u00c2\u00ba,7\u00c2\u00ba,10\u00c2\u00ba,15\u00c2\u00ba y 20\u00c2\u00ba d\u00edas, tras la exposici\u00f3n. Y realizar a continuaci\u00f3n un estudio morfol\u00f3gico a microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y electr\u00f3nica de la pars distalis hipofisaria.  material y m\u00e9todos  se ha utilizado un generador de campos magn\u00e9ticos, el cual consta de: un solenoide, un dos\u00edmetro de gauss, un temporizador, y un interruptor.  resultados  los resultados han sido, un aumento progresivo de la eucromatina nuclear (a partir del 5\u00c2\u00ba d\u00eda de experimentaci\u00f3n), una mayor dilataci\u00f3n de las ves\u00edculas del aparato de golgi y de ret\u00edculo endopl\u00e1smatico rugoso.
