Lo que mejora tanto en t\u00e9rminos de error como en operatividad los algoritmos que se dan en la bibliografia para extraci\u00f3n de datos con los sat\u00e9lites noaas.  se ha realizado un meticuloso trabajo de tratamiento digital de im\u00e1genes aplicando los algoritmos dados a una base de datos hist\u00f3rica, de casi 14 a\u00f1os. De esta forma se da la evoluci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros en toda la cuenca mediterr\u00e1nea.  finalmente se incluye en la memoria una clasificaci\u00f3n de las zonas de estudio, que permite evaluar la evoluci\u00f3n de la cobertura terrestre, en funci\u00f3n de distintos grados de aridez.
