Maldonado Barahona <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha desestabilizado la conformaci\u00f3n nativa de la apoflavodoxina mediante la escisi\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de algunos segmentos de su secuencia y se ha estudiado la estructura y energ\u00e9tica de los elementos restantes. los objetivos abordados son:  * el estudio de conformaciones intermedias que podr\u00edan aparecer en la reacci\u00f3n de plegamiento de esta prote\u00edna.  * el estudio de la formaci\u00f3n de estructura secundaria en ausencia de interacciones terciarias.  * el estudio de la interacci\u00f3n entre
