El modelo mas sencillo es un modelo no estructurado, el cual permite la descripci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de la biomasa, el oxigeno disuelto, el azucar y xantano. Un modelo mas complejo es el modelo matabolico, el cual plantea estruturaci\u00f3n del sustrato carbonado. Este modelo permite la descripci\u00f3n adecuada de los componentes descritos con el modelo anterior pero con mejoras significativas en algunos de ellos. Finalmente, se plantea un modelo mas complejo o quimicamente estructurado, donde no solo se estructura el sustrato carbonado, sino tambien el nitrogenado. Para aplicar este modelo ha sido necesario medir componentes intracelulares, tales como dna,pna y proteinas. Esto ha exigido la puesta a punto de una t\u00e9cnica r\u00e1pida y fiable, esto es la citometria de flujo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
