Carmen Limon Miron <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis se ha centrado en el estudio de quitinasas del hongo micopar\u00e1sito trichoderma harzianum cect 2413,concretamente las quitinasas chit33 y chit42. se clono y secuencio el gen que codifica a la quitinasa chit33. La regulacion del gen chit33 se etudio tanto mediante analisis de la secuencia del promotor como mediante analisis de northern y se compar\u00f3 con la del gen chit42. estos genes se reprimen en presencia de altas concentraciones de glucosa, glicerol o n-acetil-glucosamina. Y se desreprimen principalmente en hambre de carbono o nitrogeno. Con el fin de estudiar la posible funci\u00f3n morfogen\u00e9tica de estas quitinasas se estudi\u00f3 si las quitinasas chit33 y chit42 eran capacez de complementar la mutaci\u00f3n en la quitinasa de saccharomyces cerevisae. por otro lado se analiz\u00f3 la superexpresi\u00f3n de chit33 y chit42 eran capaces de complementar la mutaci\u00f3n en la quitinasa de saccharomyces cerevisae. por otro lado se analiz\u00f3 la superexpresi\u00f3n de chit33 y chit42 en t.Harzianum con el fin de determinar si estas quitinasas tienen funci\u00f3n antif\u00fangica, as\u00ed como obtener cepas para el control biol\u00f3gico de fitopat\u00f3genos.
