Nuestras observaciones simult\u00e1neas a doble frecuencia nos han permitido obtener una correcci\u00f3n del retraso ionosf\u00e9rico para determinar la contribuci\u00f3n de la ionosfera, siendo el resultado similar al obtenido utilizando nuestros datos a doble frecuencia. Nuestros resultados astrom\u00e9tricos demuestran la posibilidad de aplicar t\u00e9cnicas diferenciales a los retrasos de fase para determinar con precisi\u00f3n mayor que el milisegundo de arco la separaci\u00f3n de fuentes que se encuentran a distancias de hasta 15 grados de arco en el cielo.  la segunda parte de esta tesis est\u00e1 dedicada el estudio de la radioemisi\u00f3n de la supernova de tipo ii sn 1993j, cuya relativa cercan\u00eda nos ha permitido observarla con vlbi desde junio de 1993. En esta tesis hemos descrito un c\u00f3digo num\u00e9rico que simula la radioemisi\u00f3n de una supernova y lo hemos aplicado a la sn 1993j. Hemos ajustado todas las curvas de radio de esta supernova utilizando cinco par\u00e1metros: el \u00edndice de la distribuci\u00f3n relativista de electrones, p; la raz\u00f3n tasa de p\u00e9rdida de masa(de la estrella progenitora) frente a la velocidad del viento estelar, mw; y los valores iniciales de la funci\u00f3n de electrones inyectados, no., De la energ\u00eda m\u00ednima de los electrones, emin, y del campo magn\u00e9tico, bo. Para obtener ajustes aceptables, los valores de los par\u00e1metro masa-viento, mw 2.7&#215;10 16  g cm-1,indicando la existencia de un fuerte viento estelar de la estrella progenitora; valores
