{"id":81405,"date":"2018-03-10T00:05:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:05:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-estadistico-del-transporte-electronico-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:05:18","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:05:18","slug":"estudio-estadistico-del-transporte-electronico-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/estudio-estadistico-del-transporte-electronico-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio estadistico del transporte electronico en sistemas de baja dimensionalidad."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pedro Garcia-mochales Caro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mediante la simulaci\u00f3n de hilos cu\u00e1nticos desordenados con un modelo computacional tight-binding, se ha estudiado estad\u00edsticamente el comportamiento de las diferentes magnitudes que caracterizan el transporte electr\u00f3nico en funci\u00f3n de los diferentes par\u00e1metros macrosc\u00f3picos del sistema (longitud, anchura, energ\u00eda de fermi, tipo y grado de desorden).  se han determinado las distribuciones de los diferentes coeficientes de transmisi\u00f3n y su evoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los diferentes reg\u00edmenes de conducci\u00f3n (bal\u00edstico, difusivo y localizado) y la transici\u00f3n entre ellos. A la luz de los resultados que se obtienen, se hacen prediciones sobre comportamientos que podr\u00e1n observarse en conductores met\u00e1licos de baja dimensionalidad.  los resultados de las simulaciones num\u00e9ricas han sido comparados con otros obtenidos mediante otras aproximaciones y con predicciones te\u00f3ricas, como las derivadas de la teor\u00eda de matrices aleatorias para el transporte electr\u00f3nico. este trabajo pone de manifiesto las limitaciones que presentan algunas de sus prediciones y cual es la evoluci\u00f3n de las propiedades del transporte a trav\u00e9s de
