El primero trata de la obtenci\u00f3n de modelos sint\u00e9ticos de acetilcolinesterasa. Se han sintetizado y estudiado receptores de acetilcolina y dioctanoilfosfatidilcolina que poseen en su estructura una subunidad de guanidino bic\u00edclico y otra de calix 6 areno responsable de la complejaci\u00f3n de los sustratos. Se ha estudiado la estructura de los receptores libres y de los complejos con dioctanoilfostatidilcolina mediante resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear.
