Guadalupe <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral explora la s\u00edntesis y serparaci\u00f3n de nuevas mol\u00e9culas atropisom\u00e9ricamente puras, que combinan la queralidad axial,debida a la rotaci\u00c2\u00bfn impedida en torno a un enlace sencillo , con la presencia de centros queralees suministrados por un fragmento de un carbohidrato .Se obtienen as\u00ed derivados de las imidazolidina2-onas y 2-tuibas de estructuras monoc\u00edclicas y bic\u00edclicas como productos de la condensaci\u00f3n de la 2-amino-2-desocialdossas con isocianatos e isoticianatos.  se hace un trabajo bibliograf\u00edco exhaustivo de los antecedentes de la atropisomer\u00eda y tambi\u00e9n de esta reacci\u00f3n de condensaci\u00f3n.  estos compuestos heteroc\u00edclicos sinterizados son susceptiables de presentar atropisomer\u00eda cuando presentas las modificaciones estructurales adecuadas.En concreto,se han podido aistlar los atropis\u00f3meros de aquellos derivados qeu presentan dos sustituyentes distintos en las posiciones orto del anillo arom\u00e1tico.La asignaci\u00f3n de la estereoqu\u00edmica axial de los atropis\u00f3meros separados ha sido posible gracias al estudio de sus datos espectrosc\u00f3picos y de difracci\u00f3n de rayos x.Tambi\u00e9n se ha podido determinar la barrera de rotaci\u00f3n para los rot\u00e1meros estudiados,tanto experimentalmente ,mediante resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear din\u00e1mica, como de forma te\u00f3rica , a trav\u00e9s de c\u00e1lculos de mec\u00e1nica molecular (mm2).En todos los casos se encuentra una gran concordancia entre ambos valores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudios sint\u00e9ticos, mecan\u00edsticos y conformacionales de derivados de 2-amino-2-desoxialdosas.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudios sint\u00e9ticos, mecan\u00edsticos y conformacionales de derivados de 2-amino-2-desoxialdosas. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Silvero Enr\u00edquez M.
