Para obviar el problema de la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada con otras fracciones nodulares de desarroll\u00f3 un protocolo de purificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s exhaustivo que los empleados habitualmente por otros grupos de investigaci\u00f3n. La actividad atpasa de determin\u00f3 i) mediante valoraci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica del adp producido, ii) mediante valoraci\u00f3n colorim\u00e9trica del fosfato, iii)por hplc de los hicle\u00f3tidos de adenina. Los diferentes tipos de atpasas se distinguieron por su dependencia del ph y por el empleo de inhibidores espec\u00edficos. No se encontr\u00f3 actividad atpasa p ni v enlos sibiosomas. El empleo de t\u00e9cnicas inmunol\u00f3gicas tampoco permiti\u00f3 la detecci\u00f3n de atoasas en simbiosomas, si no se encontr\u00f3 energizaci\u00f3n de la membrana perribacteroidea dependiente de atp o de pirofosfato. Estos datos contradicen el modelo com\u00fanmente aceptado en el que la presencia de una atoasa en la membrana peribacteroidea es indispensable para el transporte de solutos entre los simbiontes. Se concluye que la presencia de atpasa comunicada por otros autores puede deberse a contaminaci\u00f3n con otras fracciones subnodulares, lo que implica la necesidad de cambiar el modelo establecido para la simbiosis rizobio-leguminosa. adem\u00e1s, se ha encontrado una actividad adenilato kinasa asociada a los simbiosomas, que se activa tras su solubilizaci\u00f3n con urea o detergentes no i\u00f3nicos. Esta actividad es cin\u00e9ticamente distinguible de otras adenilato kinasas nodulares, y puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel importante en el proceso simbi\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
