En esta tesis se estudian los espectros promedio y sus caracterisiticas de diferentes patolog\u00edas tumorales(meningiomas, tumores astrociticos(grados i al iv), gangliogliomas, hemangiopericitomas, y meduloblastomas adem\u00e1s de liquido cistico y abscesos). Tambien se han aplicado tecnicas de reconocimiento de patrones(analisis discriminante lineal) a la separacion de los espectros de las diferentes patolog\u00edas tumorales.  la caracter\u00edstica principal que permite diferenciar entre tumores agresivos y los considerados\u00bbbenignos\u00bb son intensos picos de metilos y metilenos de lipidos moviles a 0,90 y 1,26 ppm respectivamente. Estudios realizados en modelos animales (rata) de glioblastoma multiforme han permitido demostrar que el origen de las se\u00f1ales de lipidos son grandes goticulas lipidicas intracelulares, de aproximadamente y um de diametro.  estudios en sedimentos celulares han permitido saber que las goticulas lipidicas se pueden dar en celulas vivas pero solo en condiciones de crecimiento parado o muy ralentizado(celulas en densidad de saturacion o tratadas a ph 6,2). Mediciones realizadas en celulas perfundidas demuestran que durante la confluencia, entendida como recubrimiento total de la superficie de cultivo, aparece una se\u00f1al que permite la acumulaci\u00f3n de lipidos moviles ya que estos se acumulaci\u00f3n de lipidos moviles ya que estos se acumulan cuando las celulas se recogen despues de llegar a confluencia. Tambien se induce la formacion de lipidos moviles en celulas subconfluentes cuando estas se tratan con medio a ph 6,2. Los lipidos formados en las dos condiciones son ligeramente diferentes lo que sugiere rutas metabolicas diferentes para su formacion.  en conclusion, espectros de tumores cerebrales con picos de
