{"id":81458,"date":"1999-01-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nuevos-metodos-automaticos-en-analisis-de-alimentos\/"},"modified":"1999-01-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-12T00:00:00","slug":"nuevos-metodos-automaticos-en-analisis-de-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/nuevos-metodos-automaticos-en-analisis-de-alimentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos metodos automaticos en analisis de alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  De La Paz Aguilar Caballos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han establecido diversos m\u00e9todos autom\u00e1ticos para la determinaci\u00f3n de componentes b\u00e1sicos, aditivos , adulterantes y contaminantes en alimentos en los que se utilizan diversas estrategias alternativas a la separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de los analitos, que les confieren el grado de selectividad adecuado y la rapidez necesaria en an\u00e1lisis de rutina.  as\u00ed se ha propuesto un m\u00e9todo para la determinaci\u00f3n de cas\u00ednas, dentro de los componentes b\u00e1sicos, que permite la realizaci\u00f3n de medidas cin\u00e9ticas a largas longitudes de onda. Asimismo, se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de aditivos en alimentos; para la determianci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de \u00e1cido benzoico y sacarina y butilhidroxianisol (bha) y galateo de propilo (gp). En el primer caso, se utiliza la luminiscencia sensibilizada del terbio (iii) y el diferente comportamiento cin\u00e9tico de ambos aditivos frente al ion lant\u00e1nido, aplicando un m\u00e9todo matem\u00e1tico para la resoluci\u00f3n de la mezcla. para bha y gp se proponen dos m\u00e9todos autom\u00e1ticos mediante el uso de dos sistemas  de multidetecci\u00f3n diferentes: fotom\u00e9trico de diodos en fila y uno fluorim\u00e9trico con \u00f3ptica en t. El inter\u00e9s de la determinaci\u00f3n  de una hormona, la progesterona, justifica la utilizaci\u00f3n del inmunoensayo de tiempo resuelto, junto con el formato de reactivos secos, para facilitar su aplicaci\u00f3n a la detecci\u00f3n de fraudes alimentarios. Para la determinaci\u00f3n de contaminantes en alimentos, se desarrollan dos m\u00e9todos de inmunoensayo homog\u00e9neo para los plaguicidas \u00e1cidos 2,4-diclorofenoxiac\u00e9tico y 2,4, 5-triclorofenosiac\u00e9tico utilizando fluoresce\u00edna y violeta de cresilo, como marcadores y las medidas de velocidad de reacci\u00f3n como par\u00e1metro anal\u00edtico. Se describe tambi\u00e9n un m\u00e9todo para la determinaci\u00f3n de lasalocid basada en la luminiscencia sensibilizada del terbio (iii).  la utilidad pr\u00e1ctica de los m\u00e9todos propuestos se
