Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El utero es un \u00f3rgano esencial para la pervivencia de la especie, sin embargo esta poco estudiado y presenta caracteres diferenciales con otros m\u00fasculos lisos, por el hecho de estar bajo control hormonal o por su funci\u00f3n \u00fanica de acoger al feto.  por todo ello decidimos profundizar en los mecanismos implicados en la contractilidad del miometrio, llevando a cabo los siguientes estudios en \u00fatero de rata estrogenada:  -estudio de las concentraciones m\u00e1ximas efectivas de diferentes espasm\u00f3genos.  -efectos del mn2+- en las respuestas inducidas por diferentes espasm\u00f3genos.  (european journal of pharmacology, 1997;326:211-222)  -efecto de la inhibici\u00f3n de la bomba electrog\u00e9nica na+\/k+ sobre la actividad mec\u00e1nica.  (fundamental clinical pharmacology,1996;10:38-46)  -estudio de la influencia neuronal y otros mecanismos implicados en las respuestas de diferentes espasm\u00f3genos.  (fundamental clinical pharmacology, 1997;11:47-56)  -estudio de la concentracion independiente del calcio inducida por soluciones hiperosmolares ricas en k+.  (european journal of pharmacology,1996;312:309-318)  -estudio de los mecanismos celulares implicados en la contracci\u00f3n inducida por soluciones isoosmoticas ricas en k+.
