Los objetivos de la memoria tenian por finalidad establecer relaciones funcionales de hha con otras proteinas de e.Coli, analizar la interacci\u00f3n de hha con regiones reguladoras del oper\u00f3n de la hemolisina del pl\u00e1smido pann202-312, asi como tambien identificar una proteina de salmonella typhimurium con una funci\u00f3n osmoreguladora parecida a la de hha en e.Coli. En este sentido, los resultados que se obtuvieron han permitido establecer que la proteina asociada al nucleoide hu sobreexpresada puede compensar la falta de proteina hha en la c\u00e9lula y complementar el fenotipo hemolitico causado por la mutacion hha. Por otro lado, se ha podido demostrar una interacci\u00f3n in vitro entre las proteinas hha y h-ns para unirse al dna, demostrandose tambien que ambas proteinas son necesarias para la correcta regulaci\u00f3n ambiental del oper\u00f3n de la hemolisina del pl\u00e1smido ph1 y 152. Finalmente, se obtuvieron 8 inserciones por transposon en hipoteticos genes osmoregulados de salmonella typhimurium y se aisl\u00f3 otra inserci\u00f3n posiblemente en el gen de una proteina represora
