Los m\u00e9todos est\u00e1n basados en la formaci\u00f3n de complejos de los metales con el agente quelatante \u00e1cido metiletilendiaminotetraac\u00e9tico (amedt), utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas de espectrofotometr\u00eda ultra-violeta-visible (uv-vis) y espectrofotometr\u00eda derivada de 1\u00c2\u00ba y\/o 2\u00c2\u00ba orden por el m\u00e9todo del punto de anulaci\u00f3n o \u00abzero-crossing point\u00bb.  los sistemas investigados han sido los siguientes:  &#8211; plomo (ii)-cobre (ii)-amedt  &#8211; plomo (ii)-n\u00edquel(ii)-amedt  &#8211; n\u00edquel(ii)-cobre (ii)-amedt  &#8211; plomo (ii)-cromo (iii)-amedt  &#8211; cromo (iii)-cobre (ii)-amedt  &#8211; plomo (ii)-cobre (ii)-n\u00edquel (ii)-amedt  &#8211; plomo (ii)-cobre (ii)-cobalto (ii)-amedt  para cada uno de los sistemas rese\u00f1ados anteriormente se han estudiado: las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de formaci\u00f3n (espectros de absorci\u00f3n y sus derivadas, influencia de las variables: ph, cantidad de reactivo complejante, temperatura, tiempo de calentamiento y tiempo), curvas de calibrado, reproducibilidad y precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo e interferencias ejercidas por los iones m\u00e1s comunes. finalmente, el m\u00e9todo propuesto se ha aplicado al an\u00e1lisis de los metales en diferentes matrices.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
