La inducci\u00f3n floral durante le reposo invernal y el cuajado del fruto son etapas cr\u00edticas que determinan la productividad de la planta.  con el objetivo de avanzar en el conocimiento de los mecanismos que controlan la fisiolog\u00eda reproductiva de los c\u00edtricos, y dada la falta de evidencia que implique a las poliaminas alif\u00e1ticas y las aminas fen\u00f3licas en dicho fen\u00f3meno, se analizaron las concentraciones e estos compuestos en yemas en dormancia y en ovarios durante el desarrollo floral de especies con diferente comportamiento reproductivo.  los resultados obtenidos se\u00f1alan las siguientes conclusiones;  a,- las concentraciones de poliaminas alif\u00e1ticas en las yemas del naranjo dulce \u00absalustiana\u00bb y del tangor \u00abellendale\u00bb durante el per\u00edodo de inducci\u00f3n floral se asocian a un factor decisivo en la floraci\u00f3n, la presencia de frutos en las ramas.  b,- los contenidos de los mismos compuestos en los ovarios en desarrollo de las mandarinas \u00absatsuma\u00bb y \u00aboronules\u00bb no parecen estar involucrados en el proceso de cuajado de los
