Se han desarrollado y validado m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos para determinar la eficiencia de asociaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco al vector (cromatografia de liquidos de alta resoluci\u00f3n y espectrofluorimetria) y para la determinaci\u00f3n del porcentaje de tensioactivo en el sistema coloidal final (espectroscopia de ir). Se han analizado las interaccioes farmaco-polimero por metodos espectroscopicos y termicos . Se ha estudiado el perfil de liberacion de estos sistemas por tecnicas de dialidis \u00abin vitro\u00bb.
