En todos los casos, a excepcion de la sonda ca2, se han encontado rflps se ha estudiado la segregacion de los distintos fragmentos polimorficos en familias demadio hermanos y, cuando ha sido posible, se han descrito las relaciones alelicas entre ellos. Asimismo se han calculado las frecuencias alelicas, los valores de contenido en informacion polimorfica o pic, y la heterocigosidad observada en las poblaciones estudiadas utilizado la tecnica de southern blotting se ha analizado un panel de celulas somaticas hibridas bovino-roedor y se ha asignado el locus sap2 al grupo de sintenia u29 (bta 28) y el locus ngfb al grupo de sintenia u6 (bta3) este estudio nos indica que existen fuertes correlaciones entre algunos rflps y los alelos de las proteinas albumina y -hemoglobina<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
