La actividad electromiogr\u00e1fica de los m\u00fasculos erector spinae, biceps femoris, gluteus m\u00e1ximus y rectus abd\u00f3minis y el desplazamiento angular del raquis dorso-lumbar fueron registrados. resultados, el patr\u00f3n de movimiento lubmo-p\u00e9lvico de la extensi\u00f3n del tronco no reprodujo de forma inversa el de la flexi\u00f3n. El incremento en la velocidad de los movimientos comport\u00f3 un aumento significativo en la duraci\u00f3n de los periodos de movimiento vertebral y un retraso sifnificativo enla participaci\u00f3n muscular durante la flesi\u00f3n del tronco y un adelanto durante la extensi\u00f3n. el incremento en la magnitud de la carga no produjo variaciones significativas ni en el ritmo lumbo-p\u00e9lvico ni en la participaci\u00f3n muscular. Las mujeres mostraron mayor contribuci\u00f3n gl\u00fatea y menos contribuci\u00f3n isquiotibial durante el periodo de extensi\u00f3nde cadera en realci\u00f3n a los hombres. La preValencia del fern\u00f3meno de flexi\u00f3n-relajaci\u00f3n fue significativamente mayor en sujetos sanos en relaci\u00f3n a sujetos con alteraciones raqu\u00eddeas. Los m\u00fasculos rectus abd\u00f3minis, biceps femoris y gluteus m\u00e1ximus se mostraron activos durante la fase de silencio mioel\u00e9ctrico del rector spinae. Discusi\u00f3n y conclusiones, el raquis, la pelvis y los miembros inferiores son estructuras funcionalmente conexas. La velocidad y la carga son dos factores de riesgo a considerar en los movimientos de flexo-extensi\u00f3n del tronco.
