Una vez inactivado v-reier experimentalmente, los progenitores se diferencian en c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas (dc), en progenitores v-reier hemos identificado tirosina quinasas de membrana (igfr, met, flt-4) y citoplam\u00e1ticas (fak y csk) y hemos demostrado que igfr es importante para la proliferaci\u00f3n celular. Asimismo hemos investigado algunos mecanismos de captura de ant\u00edgeno empleados por los c\u00e9lulas v-reier (fagocitosis, pinocitosis o v\u00eda receptores espec\u00edficos) y hemos observado una relocalizaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas de mhc dede clase ii que acompa\u00f1a a la diferenciaci\u00f3n de progenitores en dc. La alta motilidad de las v-reier dc ha sido otro de los aspectos estudiados en profundidad en este trabajo. Hemos indentificado componentes de los complejos de adhesi\u00f3n focal expresados en c\u00e9lulas v-reier y hemos descrito una marcada polarizaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas del citoesqueleto y componentes de los complejos de adhesi\u00f3n que va ligada a la inducci\u00f3n de motilidad en v-reier dc. Esta polarizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se observ\u00f3 en dc humanas. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de marcadores de superficie y el an\u00e1lisis de expresi\u00f3n de genes importantes en la determinaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas hematopoy\u00e9ticas, indican que las v-reier dc pertenecen al linaje linfoide y no al mieloide. Finalmente se determin\u00f3 que los progenitores v-reier no se diferencian a otros tipos celulares lo que indica que v-reier transforma a un precursor determinado a dc
