La uni\u00f3n del cisplatino a los ab ha dado lugar a una familia de compuestos denominados bamet. Objetivo: investigar las caracter\u00edsticas hepatotr\u00f3picas, toxicidad y actividad antitumoral de dos nuevos miembros de esta familia: el bamet-d3, en el que se ha alejado el ab(\u00e1cido glicoc\u00f3lico) del pt colocando la bis-(3-aminopropil)-amina como elemento espaciador, y el bamet-u2, en el que se han unido dos mol\u00e9culas de \u00e1cido ursodesoxic\u00f3lico directamente al cisplatino. M\u00e9todos: las c\u00e9lulas tumorales (hcc,adednocarcinoma de colon humano; hh, hepatoblastoma humano; mh,hepatoma de rat\u00f3n; ml, leucemia linfoc\u00edtica de rat\u00f3n; ms, sarcoma de rat\u00f3n; y rh, hepatoma de rata) se incubaron con cisplatino, bamet-d3 o bamet-u2(72 h;37\u00c2\u00ba c). La viabilidad celular se midi\u00f3 por el test de formaz\u00e1n y se calcul\u00f3 la ci50. Los hepatocitos de rata se incubaron con los productos(2h; 37\u00c2\u00bac)y se midi\u00f3 la captaci\u00f3n celular. Se administraron i.V. 0.5   moles de cisplatino, bamet-d3 o bamet-u2 a ratas anestesiadas y se recogieron muestras de bilis(3 h) y a ratas conscientes recogi\u00e9ndose muestras de sangre, orina y heces(14 d). Se extrajeron diferentes \u00f3rganos (h\u00edgado, ri\u00f1\u00f3n y coraz\u00f3n). El pt se determin\u00f3 por absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica. El metabolismo hep\u00e1tico se estudi\u00f3 por hplc. Se hizo hemograma y anal\u00edtica en suero y orina. La actividad antitumoral \u00abin vivo\u00bb se determin\u00f3 tras la implantaci\u00f3n subcut\u00e1nea de 10 millones de c\u00e9lulas mh en ratones nude. Resultados:la ci50 para cisplatino fue: mh&gt;hh&gt;ml&gt;ms&gt;rh=hcc; para bamet-u2 fue: ml=mh&gt;hh&gt;rh&gt;hcc&gt;ms; y para bamet-d3 fue: hh&gt;&gt;&gt;ml=mh=hh=rh=hcc=m
