Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La adminsitraci\u00f3n de adriamicina (ad), antibi\u00f3tico antitumoral, es un buen  modelo para reproducir un cuadro de estr\u00e9s oxidativo con nefropat\u00eda  hiperpid\u00e9mica caracarterizado por hiperproteinuria e hiperlipidemia  progresivas, con signos evidentes de disfunci\u00f3n renal,siendo la hiperlipidemia  \u00edndice de la severidad de la nefropat\u00eda producida. En la patogenia de esta  nefropart\u00eda por ad parecen estar directamente implicados los radicales libres  del ox\u00edgeno ( rlo). Se describe como fen\u00f3meno frecuente tras ad una mayor  sensibilidad de la rata macho respecto a la hembra, lo que sugiere que las  hormonas sexuales intervengan en la patogenia de esta nefropat\u00eda tanto en  ratas normales como espont\u00e1neamente hiperlipid\u00e9micas.
