Yolanda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo estudia diferentes mecanismos de accion de la terapia fotodinamica con acido 5-aminolevulinico en cultivos celulares de carcinoma espinocelular y fibroblastos cutaneos y demuestra como esta terapeutica es eficaz en el tratamiento de las primeras celulas, con da\u00f1o imperceptible a las segundas.El resultado de mayor relevancia, de cara a las futuras aplicaciones terapeuticas en dermatolog\u00eda, es la selectividad en el tiempo de incubacion con ala, claramente diferente, para inducir la muerte e inhibir la replicacion celular, en las celulas del carcinoma espinocelular (8 horas) respecto a los fibroblastos cutaneos (18 horas).Igualmente trascendente fue el demostrar como la histidina, barredora del oxigeno singlete, aumento la mortalidad celular en las dos estirpes celulares estudiadas.Respecto al mecanismo fototoxico por el cual la protoporfirina ix, sintetizada intracelularmente tras la administracion de acido 5-aminolevulinico, induce la muerte celular, este trabajo demuestra que es por un mecanismo de fotosensibilizacion tipo i, a traves de un aumento inicial del anion superoxido, seguido de la accion del radical hidroxilo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio del mecanismo de accion de la terapia fotodinamica con acido 5-aminolevulinico en celulas de carcinoma espinocelular y fibroblastos cutaneos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio del mecanismo de accion de la terapia fotodinamica con acido 5-aminolevulinico en celulas de carcinoma espinocelular y fibroblastos cutaneos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Gilaberte Calzada F.
