La multirresoluci\u00f3n nos permite aprovechar la informaci\u00f3n de contexto de cada p\u00edxel en la imagen, informaci\u00f3n no empleada en los m\u00e9todos tradicionales, y adem\u00e1s nos permite utilizar esa informaci\u00f3n a diferentes escalas, es decir, adapt\u00e1ndose a los tama\u00f1os de las zonas activadas.  2- im\u00e1genes simuladas, que nos permiten reproducir unas condiciones experimentales realistas y a al vez plenamente conocidas en todos sus par\u00e1metros.  3- debido a la existencia de varias familias wavelet y diferentes par\u00e1metros involucrados, tales como: orden de la wavelet, n\u00famero de descomposiciones, pre-suavizado o no presuavizado, etc, se ha probado una amplia variedad de familias, par\u00e1metros y condicines experimentales, pudiendo as\u00ed concluir qu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo, de entre los posibles, proporciona los mejores resultados y bajo qu\u00e9 condiciones experimentales.  de acuerdo con nuestros resultados, el an\u00e1lisis basado en wavelets incrementa la posibilidad de detectar \u00e1reas de activaci\u00f3n para cualquier tamam\u00f1o, nivel de activaci\u00f3n y nivel de ruido.  la transformada de gabor
