En una primera parte se hace una revisi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de la animaci\u00f3n. Seexpone el concepto de animaci\u00f3n y se realiza una clasificaci\u00f3n en base a distintos criterios: est\u00e9tica, productor, herramienta, tipo de actor, etc. Se explica el proceso de producci\u00f3n de una pel\u00edcula de animaci\u00f3n, resaltando la fase de creaci\u00f3n de los dibujos clave y el intercalado, ya que dichas tareas son dif\u00edciles de replicar mediante un ordenador. La animaci\u00f3n convencional est\u00e1 orientada a la animaci\u00f3n de est\u00e9tica bidimensional, teniendo un alto coste de producci\u00f3n pero siendo muy flexible. La animaci\u00f3n por ordenador est\u00e1 orientada a la animaci\u00f3n de est\u00e9tica 3d.  se propone el sistema de animaci\u00f3n ideal. La aproximaci\u00f3n real que se plantea se basa en el uso del ordenador y el la utilizaci\u00f3n de un modelo 3d con  un proceso de conversi\u00f3n a est\u00e9tica 2d. Se realiza una descripci\u00f3n de los trabajos anteriores relacionados con la soluci\u00f3n propuesta, la cual se basa en elementos est\u00e9ticos denominados trazos y en el uso de modelos de color plano, y la posibilidad de producir secuencias de movimientos conun alto grado de flexibilidad. La componente est\u00e9tica se basa en el modelo de lucesvirtuales, un foramlismo que permite controlar la aparici\u00f3n de los trazos o l\u00edneas de forma. La componente de la animaci\u00f3n se obtiene mediante una extensi\u00f3n de las trasformaciones no-lineales de arr, la cual permite aumentar las posibilidades expresivas y a la vez hacer uso de jerarqu\u00edas, por lo que se llaman transformaciones no-lineales extendidad jer\u00e1rquicas. en la implementaci\u00f3n del modelo se usa un modelo geom\u00e9trico poligonal basado en tri\u00e1ngulos, lo cual implica un conversi\u00f3n de la definici\u00f3n continua de la luces virtuales a no conintua.Se desarrolla un algoritmo de c\u00e1lculo de intersecciones para aumentar la
