{"id":81861,"date":"2018-03-10T00:05:45","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:05:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preparacion-de-nuebos-hibridos-huperzina-a-tacrina-racemicos-y-enantiopuros-y-deanalogos-de-huperzina-a-de-initeres-en-relacion-con-la-enfermedad-de-alzheimer\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:05:45","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:05:45","slug":"preparacion-de-nuebos-hibridos-huperzina-a-tacrina-racemicos-y-enantiopuros-y-deanalogos-de-huperzina-a-de-initeres-en-relacion-con-la-enfermedad-de-alzheimer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/preparacion-de-nuebos-hibridos-huperzina-a-tacrina-racemicos-y-enantiopuros-y-deanalogos-de-huperzina-a-de-initeres-en-relacion-con-la-enfermedad-de-alzheimer\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparacion de nuebos hibridos huperzina a-tacrina racemicos y enantiopuros y deanalogos de huperzina a de initeres en relacion con la enfermedad de alzheimer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rachid El Achab <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se ha llevado a cabo, en primer lugar, la sintesis de dos nuevos hibridos huperzina a-tacrina sustituidos en la posicion 9 con grupos alquilo ramificados (isopropilo y terc-butilo), cuya posterior evaluacion farmacologica ha puesto de manifiesto que si bien estos compuestos presentan una actividad antiacetilcolinesterasica significativa, esta es inferior a la del compuesto cabeza de serie, el hibrido huperzina a-tacrina 9-metil-sustituido.  por otro lado, se han sintetizado una serie de nuevos hibridos huperzina a-tacrina sustituidos en la posicion 9 con un grupo metilo o etilo y en las posiciones 1 y \/ \u00f3 3 con halogenos(cloro, fluor) o con grupos metilo. todos estos compuestos han resultado ser mucho mas potentes y selectivos como antiacetilcolinesterasicos que el compuesto cabeza de serie, presentando la actividad optima el hibrido huperzina a-tacrina 3-halo-sustituidos enantiopuros, mediante separacion cromatografica de las correspondientes mezclas racemicas utilizando una fase estacionaria quiral. En todos los casos, el enantiomero levorrotatorio es el mas activo.  finalmente, se ha preparado la huperzina a y tres nuevos analogos de la huperzina a, a traves de una metodolog\u00eda puesta a punto en el grupo de investigacion, caracterizada por la formacion del anillo de 2-piridona en las ultimas etapas de la ruta sintetica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
