Se estudia tambi\u00e9n la evoluci\u00f3n de la viscosidad con la temperatura, el comportamiento  viscoel\u00e1stico a trav\u00e9s, tanto de ensayo est\u00e1tico como din\u00e1mico,y finalmente se calcula la temperatura de gelificaci\u00f3n mediante ensayos oscilatorios.  se ha llevado a cabo pruebas haciendo uso de la tecnolog\u00eda con membranas para:  * intentar sustituir el tradicional sistema de filtraci\u00f3n de los licores de agar por membranas cer\u00e1micas de milcrofiltraci\u00f3n.  * preconcentrar los licores de extracci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de membranas inorg\u00e1ncias de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n, de porosidades diferentes, comoetapa previa al cl\u00e1sico proceso de concentraci\u00f3n por congelaci\u00f3n.  finalmente, de los posibles m\u00e9todos de obtenci\u00f3n de agarosa se ha escogido la cromatograf\u00eda de intercambio i\u00f3nico por ser m\u00e9todo que permite operar en continuo y que apenas genera residuos. Se han realizado pruebas en discontinuo y continuo con tres resinas de diferente naturaleza, y se ha determinado la calidad de la agarosa obtenida en funci\u00f3n del contenido i\u00f3nico (sulfatos,
