Arporvechando las similitudes entre el \u00e1lgebra de probabilidades y el \u00e1lgebra de boole es posible desarrollar circuitos digitales capaces de implementar, de manera simple, operaicones aritm\u00e9ticas b\u00e1sicas (suma y producto).  el objetivo de la tesis doctoral es volver al concepto de lo que significa una codificaci\u00f3n mediante trenes de polvos aleatorios, se trata de una codificaci\u00f3n que es cuantizada en cuanto a su forma de representaci\u00f3n, pero no es cuanto la interpretaci\u00f3n del valor codificado, que es continuo, pue se trata d ela esperanza matem\u00e1tica de tener el valor alto en una secuencia de pulsos, esto es, una probalilidad.  b\u00e1sicamente, la teis tiene dos partes:  &#8211; una primera de an\u00e1lisis, donde se defienen y caracterizan bloques constructivos b\u00e1sicos, con un comprotamiento &#8212; anal\u00f3gico: integradores, sitemas de primer orden con ganancia, sistemas de orden n, circuitos de divisi\u00f3n y circuitos de c\u00e1lculo de raices cuadradas. Asimismo, se definen las interfases de conversi\u00f3n entre los dosminios anal\u00f3gicos digital y estoc\u00e1stico.  &#8211; una segunda de sintesis, donde se integran los bloques cosntructivos
