Se utiliz\u00f3 detecci\u00f3n en el visible para los diur\u00e9ticos que forman axoclorantes por acoplamiento con n-(1-nftil)-etilendiamina. en otros casos, se emple\u00f3 detecci\u00f3n fluorim\u00e9trica.  seproponen, tambi\u00e9n, procedimientos cromatogr\u00e1ficos para el control en medicamentos (pastillas, c\u00e1psulas, inyectables y gotas) de diur\u00e9ticos derivados de tiazida y de furosemida, utilizando fases m\u00f3viles de sds, y sds\/1-propanol, respectivamente. Se incluye un amplio estudio sobre la estabilidad de las disoluciones de furosemida y la naturaleza de sus impurezas.  la optimizaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n de mezclas de compuestos se lelva a cabo mediante un m\u00e9todos interpretativo, basado en la modelizaci\u00f3n de la retenci\u00f3n y forma de los picos cromatogr\u00e1ficos.
