En cada parcela, se establecia la lista completa de las especies, se evaluaba su densidad y se tomaban muestras de plantas sospechosas de resistencia.  de cada parcela se recopilo un conjunto de variables con las que se realizo un estudio por medio de los perfiles ecologicos y perfiles indicadores. Igualmente se realizo un analisis factorial de correspondencias (afc).  se catalogaron 126 especies de las cuales 12 presentaron una frecuencia superior al 30%, estas fueron: setaria verticillata, echinochloa crus-galli, cynodon dactylon, convolvulus arvensis, cyperus rotundus, amaranthus retroflexus, calystegia sepium, setaria pumila, amaranthus blitoides, sorghum halepense, chenopodium albun y sonchus oleraceus.  la variable cualitativa comarca agraria presento los valores mas altos de informacion mutua y eficacia en los perfiles ecologicos de ambos a\u00f1os, lo que puso de manifiesto que las especies eran mas sensibles a dicha variable que al resto, probablemente debido a las diferencias en las rotaciones y practicas agricolas caracateristicas. Por medio de los perfiles indicadores, se encontro que las especies calystegia sepium, cyperus rotundus, medicago sativa y sorghum halepense estaban muy ligadas a la comarca de zaragoza.  en el afc se obtuvieron porcentajes de inercia de los ejes factoriales muy debiles, lo que puso de manifiesto la gran similitud entre inventarios y el caracter ubiquista de las especies.  respecto al estudio de biotipos resistentes a la atrazina, se puso especial interes en los casos en que la resistencia se debia a mutacion cloroplastica. A las plantas recogidas, se les hacia la prueba de fluorescencia cloroflica lenta en laboratorio.
