En la primera parte de este trabajo se ha realizado un estudio de la vitelina en veintitr\u00e9s especies de saltamontes, pertenecientes a distintas subfamilias, mediante electroforesis en geles de poliacrilamina. Se ha detectado variabilidad intraespec\u00edfica en eyprepocnemis plorans y chorthippus parallelus. El patr\u00f3n t\u00edpico de cada una de las especies se ve poco alterado y la restringida localizaci\u00f3n de las poblaciones polim\u00f3rficas sugiere un origen reciente para esta variabilidad. No obstante la divergencia observada hace que la comparaci\u00f3n de los patrones electrofor\u00e9ticos no sirva para establecer relaciones filogen\u00e9ticas aunque s\u00ed para marcar diferencias entre especies muy pr\u00f3ximas.  en la segunda parte del estudio se aborda la secuencia de segmentos concretos de los loci vilelina, con el objetivo de conocer sus carcter\u00edsticas evolutivas.
