Este estudio ha permitido demostrar la existencia de un nuevo motivo estructural del dna, tipo cu\u00e1druplex, formado por dos mol\u00e9culas de oct\u00e1mero c\u00edclico en disposici\u00f3n antiparalela y estabilizado por la formaci\u00f3n de puentes intermoleculares tipo watson-crick. Dicho motivo, denominado bi-loop, se ha observado en las seis secuencias estudiadas y tanto en estado s\u00f3lido como en disoluci\u00f3n.  por \u00faltimo, en el cap\u00edtulo 5, se describe el estudio termodin\u00e1mico realizado a partir de los datos de rmn y curvas de fusi\u00f3n por dc que ha permitido estimar la estabilidad del motivo bi-loop en funci\u00f3n de la secuencia
