{"id":82020,"date":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/carboxifluoresceina-y-calceina-estudio-comparativo-experimental-con-fluoresceina-sodica-en-angiografia-retiniana\/"},"modified":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"carboxifluoresceina-y-calceina-estudio-comparativo-experimental-con-fluoresceina-sodica-en-angiografia-retiniana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/carboxifluoresceina-y-calceina-estudio-comparativo-experimental-con-fluoresceina-sodica-en-angiografia-retiniana\/","title":{"rendered":"Carboxifluoresceina y calceina estudio comparativo experimental con  fluoresceina sodica en angiografia retiniana."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Gomez Torrijos Isabel Margarita <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado 2 colorantes: carboxifluoresce\u00edna (cf) y calce\u00edna (cal) compar\u00e1ndolos con fluoresce\u00edna s\u00f3dica (fna) en cuanto a sus propiedades fisico-qu\u00edmicas, espectrales, uni\u00f3n a prote\u00ednas plasm\u00e1ticas, p\u00e1rametros bioqu\u00edmicos, eliminaci\u00f3n de plasma; as\u00ed como encuanto a sus propiedades en fondo de ojo durante la angiograf\u00eda, estudi\u00e1ndose la luminosidad, fluorescencia y permanencia en condiciones normales y la difusi\u00f3n en impactos de l\u00e1ser realizados con diodo y dye verde.  se obtiene:  que en soluciones acuosas el colorante que presenta mayor emisi\u00f3n fluorescente es la fna seguida por la cf y la cal que es la menos fluorescente.  que no existen diferencias significativas para soluciones 100megam de los coeficientes octanol\/agua de los 3 colorantes, es decir, en cuanto a su liposolubilidad.  que tampoco existen diferencias significativas entre los porcentajes de uni\u00f3n a porte\u00ednas plasm\u00e1ticas \u00abin vitro\u00bb.  que en sangre de conejo pigmentado durante la angiograf\u00eda y utilizando el autoanalizador 717(dise\u00f1ado para humanos) no se aprecian alteraciones importantes de los par\u00e1metros bioqu\u00edmicos, salvo un ligero aumento de cpk y colinesterasa, que puede ser debido a las inyecciones repetidas de anest\u00e9sicos y relajantes musculares que pueden causar rabdomiolisis y actuar sobre las terminaciones nerviosas.  que los 3 colorantes en sangre de conejo: sufren un desplazamiento hacia landa m\u00e1s largas, tienen una  permanencia distinta (fna &gt;cal&lt;5-cf), diferentesintensidades de fluorescencia m\u00e1ximas (5-cf&gt;fna&lt;cal). Adem\u00e1s2 de ellos presentan metabolitosfluorescentes o is\u00f3meros (fna y cal) quepueden influir en sus medidas de fluorescencia total.Que al analizar el tiempo\/flash\/ganancia de las 27angiograf\u00edas seleccionadas de las 70 realizadas, nose aprecian, usando una prueba de chi-cuadrado,diferencias significativas al analizar cada tiempoangiogr\u00e1fico por separado (hasta 1
